US-CERT - Adobe Releases Security Updates

Original release date: September 11, 2018

Adobe has released security updates to address vulnerabilities in Adobe Flash Player and ColdFusion. An attacker could exploit some of these vulnerabilities to take control of an affected system.

NCCIC encourages users and administrators to review Adobe Security Bulletins APSB18-31 and APSB18-33 and apply the necessary updates.

The Hacker News - Phishing Campaign Hits 80+ Orgs Using SimpleHelp and ScreenConnect RMM Tools

An active phishing campaign has been observed targeting multiple vectors since at least April 2025, with legitimate Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software as a way to establish persistent remote access to compromised hosts.
