US-CERT - Google Releases Security Update for Chrome

Original release date: June 13, 2018

Google has released Chrome version 67.0.3396.87 for Windows, Mac, and Linux. This version addresses a vulnerability that an attacker could exploit to take control of an affected system.

NCCIC encourages users and administrators to review the Chrome Release page and apply the necessary update.

Krebs - NY Charges First American Financial for Massive Data Leak

In May 2019, KrebsOnSecurity broke the news that the website of mortgage title insurance giant First American Financial Corp. had exposed approximately 885 million records related to mortgage deals going back to 2003.
